Submit at least six weeks prior to the activity to Service Unit Events and Travel Coordinators.
Notice of Intent for Troop Travel
Complete this form when participating in an activity outside of the regular troop/group meeting place and time that includes an overnight, but not more than three nights. Not required for day trips.
Submit at least three weeks prior to the activity to Service Unit Events and Travel Coordinators.
